Shipping Method and ETA

All orders are shipped out via standard ground shipping unless an alternative method is selected. Ground shipping is estimated to take 5 to 7 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding nationally observed holidays. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping is not available to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may be caused by natural disasters or errors made by a shipping company. A freight carrier may delay a shipment for reasons uncontrollable by us, therefore, in the event of such a delay we cannot be held responsible. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please insure that your shipping information is correct. Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be assessed the original shipping costs.

Out of Stock Items

In the event an item is out of stock the order will be held "open" and the order will be shipped immediately upon arrival.

Parts Warranty

We guarantee our products from defects for 30 day. If you feel a part is defective please contact us via phone or email. If a part is verified by our staff to be defective we will supply a replacement part free of charge. We may require the original part(s) be returned to us for inspection to confirm or disprove a defect. The customer must include their order ID and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise. If the part(s) are found to be free of defect(s) the customer will incur shipment and/or replacement charges. Regular wear items* are not warranted.
*regular wear items: tubes, tires, chains, belts and clutch’s

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product please keep the original packing and contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We may repair or replace damaged items. Please inspect items upon receipt and note any damages to your order/ package before accepting them.

Returns

A 30% restocking fee applies to returned items. Shipping charges are not refundable. You must use the original packaging to return an item and the packaging must be in original condition in order to return an item. Fueled or used items may not be returned. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged.

Refunds

Refunds may apply to cancelled items.

Cancellations

Orders that have shipped may not be cancelled but may be returned. If an item has not shipped you may cancel the item within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded for the cancelled item. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Refused Items

Items that are refused are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Shipments

All international sales are final. The customer is responsible for any tariffs, taxes, etc. Bikes shipped outside the United States are not covered under our warranty.

Safety and Liability Policy

Mini Motors cannot be held liable for damage to or loss of property and/ or injury or loss of life incurred while operating any of our products and/ or caused by a person operating any of our products. Persons under 18 years of age must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian while operating our products.

Riders must wear a Department of Transportation (DOT) approved helmet when operating any of our products. Failure to wear proper protective gear may result in serious injury or loss of life.

Do not ride in wet weather as it impairs traction, braking, and visibility. The risk of accident is dramatically increased in wet conditions. Do not ride at dusk, after dark, or at times of poor visibility.
